Stockland’s Queensland residential business was won in October 2007 following a creative and strategic pitch. CumminsNitro won the hotly contested south east region which includes the fast-growing Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales, and the booming tropical north of the state.

By January 2008 our first major campaign was released – the January retail campaign. We knew that mothers are the key decision maker in the home purchase decision, but digging deeper we found that it is their inherent understanding of what makes things better for their families that results in better design, better features, better homes. Mum’s practical intuition just works!

Thus the Mum Logic campaign was developed to showcase home and land packages with features designed with mum in mind. The aim is to sell and our integrated campaign leads with a catalogue and website featuring each package. Driving consumers to the site and ultimately to the call centre is digital advertising, television, radio, outdoor, press and a considerable amount of POS in homes and sales offices, plus an online competition to assist with data capture. To drive a final urgency message and follow-up post campaign a three phase DM piece linked to an ongoing customer management program is in place.

In addition to this, campaigns are in development for Stockland communities that range from small boutique to large master-planned projects. Each is a pleasure to work on, in a category that’s hard to match for emotion and importance to our lives.
