Europcar is currently the number one car rental company in Europe.

A management consortium bought the Australia/NZ/Asia franchise of the car rental company in December 2004 and the group plan to seriously invest in building the Europcar brand in the Asia Pacific region.

Europcar also have a strong alliance with Virgin Blue (whose communications is developed by cummins) so there will be opportunities to leverage the relationship through future communications campaigns.
