In the highly competitive mortgage broking industry, eChoice is a brand that has historically struggled to establish itself as a mainstream player. It engaged CumminsNitro in early 2004 to devise a branding and advertising strategy that would allow it to compete more effectively with the major players. Together with the eChoice marketing team, CumminsNitro identified a clear gap in the market that eChoice could own because of its unique recruitment policy. eChoice repositioned its brand as The Most Experienced Mortgage Brokers in mid-2004 with the aim of capitalising on the minimum 25 years' experience held by each of its front-line advisory staff. The campaign has been executed online, in print and on television and has in recent months led to a significant increase in lead volume in key markets.
Defeat Your Mortgage
The Defeat Your Mortgage campaign represents the struggle people go through in paying off their mortgage in a fun and engaging way. It also positions eChoice as the lender that not only understands this struggle but is best able to help people overcome it.
This is just the first campaign in making sure eChoice ads are fun and engaging and give a little back to the consumers for the time spent watching our ad.
